Description

This course is designed for people who wish to improve their knowledge of nutrition in a practical way. The course is designed not only to give a list of vitamins and their uses but also to discuss the current state of modern nutrition. Learn the psychological factors behind comfort eating, sugar addiction and our current obesity problem. With a Kinesiological approach to diet and health explained, you will be able to learn how to heal your own body issues as well as your family, friends and clients.

On completion of the one day class attendance, home study and case study, you will be awarded a certificate in Nutrition from the Progressive Kinesiology Academy. If you are enrolled in the Aminya Academy this course also gives you the unit of competency HLTHPS010 – Interpret and use information about nutrition and diet
